That’s ridiculous. Make her pay the retail price for the media she stole plus a reasonable flat fine (as in, fine for the crime not the number of downloads). That verdict is a perversion of justice, and the judge, jurors, plaintiff, and prosecutors should all be ashamed of themselves.
